From time to time, you may need to update your payment method if your card expires, you get a new card, or you would like to pay with a different method. You can do this at any time in your Account Dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard and you can update, add, or remove payment methods under the “Payment Method(s)” section of the page. Helmm accepts all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Helmm also accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Note, for subscription customers, if your payment did not go through for your scheduled subscription renewal, the Helmm team will automatically retry the payment every couple of days. If there is a problem with your payment method that prevents retrying the payment, such as an expired card or incorrect number, you will automatically receive a text message prompting you to update this information.
