Often, when members of our community want to cancel, it's because they have too many surplus refills or because they want to try a new scent. You can easily change the scent, formula, and slow down the frequency of your subscription Account Dashboard. If you don't find the options you need, reach out to the Helmm Concierge at subscriptions@helmm.com.
If you still want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time in your Account Dashboard. Navigate to your subscription, click "change" my subscription, and then "cancel" and follow the prompts. Please leave us a comment so we know why you left and how we can improve our offerings. If you have multiple subscriptions, you must submit an individual cancellation request for each subscription.
Helmm cancellations must be submitted at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance of any upcoming renewals in order to guarantee your next renewal will not occur. Once your cancellation request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the Helmm team, typically within 24-48 hours.
