Helmm will gladly accommodate changes in shipping schedule for you. The easiest & fastest way to pause your subscription is in your Account dashboard (www.helmm.com/account). Click to pause your subscription and you will be able to make changes to your shipping frequency. Please note that you must update your preferences before your renewal payment is processed in order for these changes to take effect.
If you require an immediate shipment, you can order a refill cartridge a la carte with expedited shipping or click the “Order Refill Now” button on the account page. Instead, if you need to delay your subscription for longer than 3 weeks, it is better to change the frequency of your subscription plan - click here for a guide to change your subscription frequency.
